But still, suggesting that Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, and Cyprus each only have one vowel is silly -- "y" is most certainly acting as a vowel in those, twice in Kyrgyzstan in fact. Yemen is probably safe to include, as the "y" is more consonant-ish than vowel-ish there. I think Seychelles and Myanmar are more borderline. Rwanda is an interesting case: the "w" is sort of acting as a vowel. |
