	shouldn't Pennsylvania be twice? It borders the great lakes but also the Atlantic OCean.

	re: too much time -- I was thinking that too, since over 65% of people are getting 100%. re: Pennsylvania -- it touches part of Delaware Bay (or maybe it's the Delaware River at that point?) but it's similar to the Michigan issue above: New Jersey and Delaware share a water border, which cuts off Pennsylvania from the perimeter. 	still a tad long, but good quiz. It makes since about wisc and illinois though, they do not technically touch INTERNATIONAL waters. not sure about penn on the atlantic, i think it's just rivers

	I think Delaware Bay starts further south, between DE and NJ meaning Pennsylvania borders the Delaware River. Either way, the bay is considered part of the river and not the ocean. If you were to count PA as a border state, then you'd have to include the Chesapeake Bay too, making the answer [...NJ-> PA-> DE-> MD-> VA-> MD-> VA-> NC...] to account for the Delmarva Peninsula. I think the quiz is fine the way it is.
