Probably would be better to have the answers listed in random order and accept "pancreatic or pancreas" for "pancreatic cancer". Otherwise, good puzzle!

Would be nice if instead of/in addition to the estimated deaths, there was a link to charities working to fight each particular cancer.

I think that your quiz should specify that these are the deadliest based on total deaths, and not on percentages of cases.

This should specify that these are deaths in the USA only.

Deadliest? Deadliest implies percentage, not volume. that is like saying a misquito is "deadlier" than a cobra because more people die from being bit by them. How about "can you name the 5 cancers that people die from?" or something along those lines.

I don't like blue against dark gray background. I would change that.

Could "intestinal" be acceptable for colon cancer?

I interestingly read that cancer of unknown primary (i.e. unidentified origin) is actually 3rd or 4th if you factor it in.

I agree that "deadliest" is misleading. Breast cancer is actually one of the least deadly forms of cancer! I would say, "Which cancers cause the most fatalities?"

Doesn't really make sense. Pancreatic is far more deadly than lung cancer for example, but just not as common.
