Andorra, Kosovo, and Macedonia use the euro as their currency, but the countries are not part of the Eurozone. They are not authorized by the European Central Bank to issue euros. They could be bonus answers though.

Furthermore, Kosovo is not listed alphabetically correct and the Shift-button is your friend.

@quacksilkeaduck... Macedonia doesn't use the euro, it uses the Macedonian denar
