	San Juan would be a good bonus answer. It would have the fifth-highest population if Puerto Rico was a state, and it was on this list.

	Or, if you're going to give the states, reduce the time significantly. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the outline boxes, with white backgrounds.

	What about St. Paul & Minneapolis? I know it's usually referred to as Minneapolis/St. Paul but if you go with St. Paul metro area (both twin cities) it's over 3 million.

	The Metropolitan Area Names are made up of federally named statistical areas. Since these names are not arbitrary or changeable by reordering cities. As a result St Paul, San Bernardino and San Buenaventura (the real name of Ventura) all are twin or tri cities in areas that would be top 20, none are in areas starting with an S. http://www.census.gov/population/estimates/metro-city/71mfips.txt
