In other words, either Google doesn't provide driving directions for a country, there's no way to drive from the capital to its largest city, or the trip is a short drive (less than 4 hours), or a long drive (greater than 4 hours).

	Kosovo has driving directions. Following your procedures, you're right, it doesn't have it. But since it gives directions from Pristina to most other cities, it definitely has Google Maps driving directions.

	@hlweissman: I accept your point that Kosovo may have Google Map driving directions for some cities, and you seem to accept my point that it doesn't for going between the capital city (Pristina) and the largest city (Prizren). In putting together this quiz I chose a test that I thought would be the best indication of whether Google Map Driving directions were supported for a particular country, namely can it give me driving directions from the capital to the largest city. For whatever reason it doesn't seem possible to get driving directions from Pristina to Prizren. So I think, and you may agree, that Kosovo does belong on this list, just as the USA would belong on this list if you were able to get directions from lots of places in the US to lots of other places in the US, but not from Washington, DC to New York City. I think there may be other countries in the same position as Kosovo, that is, they have some driving direction capability but it's not quite fully functional.

	REVISED Multi-Word Abbreviations: the rules for the multi-word abbreviations are very simple: use the first letter of each word in the common Sporcle name of the country to compose the acronym. Omit insignificant words: "and", "of", and "the". There are ten exceptions to this rule: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, El Salvaldor, Marshall Islands, Saudi Arabia, Solomon Islands, Sierra Leone, and Sri Lanka. For these exceptions the abbreviation is merely the first word of the multi-word country name: Bosnia, Costa, Czech, Dominican, El, Marshall, Saudi, Solomon, Sierra, and Sri.
