This is done wrong - what you'll want to do is create separate boxes, eg. "Masr - Guess the country" and "Masr - Guess the language." One doesn't have to guess the language in the format here.

I would much prefer a quiz in which we get the native names of the countries: this is just guesswork.

Seems kind of silly to have a quiz with the instructions and answers in English, and then include one that's already in English and require a non-English answer...

The country is UK not England. England is just 1 part of the UK, along with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

In Japanese, Igirisu (not zu) is used for UK as a whole. England is Ingurando, Scotland is Sukottorando, Wales is Weeruzu and Northern Ireland is Kita Airurando.

As far as I'm aware (and I'm a native speaker), there is no word like "sfartit" in Hebrew. The word for France is "Tzarfat"
