| It's the first time I see Comayagüela but I've just searched in the Constitution of Honduras and, yes, it says that "the cities of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela, together, constitute the capital of the Republic". La Paz isn't accepted for Bolivia but it should, alternatively with Sucre. I think that capitals with purely English names like Kingston, St. George's or Bridgetown can hardly be identified as Latin American ones (neither are they usually considered South American but North American ones). |
