Gets a little too difficult too early in my opinion.
Apr 15th, 2010 at 16:27 GMT
Agree with @dummo. Definitely a quiz for Seinfeld fanatics only.
Apr 15th, 2010 at 17:27 GMT
Agree as well. To have the third question require Elaine's dad's name is senseless.
Apr 16th, 2010 at 02:23 GMT
I agree as well. I'm a Seinfeld fanatic and still couldn't remember Elaine's dad's name or where the calzones came from.

Sorry, I didn't realize how hard this would be. I changed the third question to Elaine's father's occupation which should be a lot easier. Hopefully that helps. I don't think any of the other ones close to the beginning are ridiculous. I will listen to suggestions though.

i think it's delightfully challenging!
Apr 17th, 2010 at 07:41 GMT
I think the problem is a lot of the answers refer to minor details in specific episodes. I've seen every episode a dozen times over the years, but I'm not going to remember the restaurant George bought the calzones from, let alone how to spell it.
Apr 18th, 2010 at 07:05 GMT
I'm a big fan of Seinfeld, still watch it regularly, but this quiz seems too difficult. If I hadn't just seen the Lloyd Braun episode, I would never have remembered his name. Though I am pleasantly surprised by how much I did know. Gave up after starting over for the 6th time. Made it to the Kavorka.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 04:38 GMT
way too specific. you expect us to know the name of the calzone place? i've seen that episode three times and couldn't even remember the name of it.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 05:35 GMT
I consider myself a Seinfeld fanatic and this is still too hard. How many people really know the answer to the 9th question? I had to keep guessing for a minute until I got it.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 06:46 GMT
you cant say for certain that the clothes kramer wore to paisanos were from rudys. also botticelli is the name of the store not botticelli's and even if it were requiring the 's is a bit much
Apr 20th, 2010 at 07:44 GMT
i am a seinfeld addict and cracked it trying to sell paisanos, still trying as you can see. good idea a tad tough though.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 13:11 GMT
I hate these type of quizzes where you have to get a question right to see the next one. Its annoying as hell. Just give us all the questions so we can answer them.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 13:51 GMT
Change the text in the clues to white. Black on dark blue is very hard to read.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 14:05 GMT
Although I "knew" every answer, I could not spell Paisanos or however it's spelled, and I refuse to play this style more than once due to annoyance factor. (I would have known Alton Benes but looks like you changed that question). Also, Jerry used to date a ton of people (a different girl every episode pretty much). Also I guessed larry david for the lloyd braun question, although I have never heard that and certainly wasn't mentioned on the show. Would prob just stick to things you would know just watching the show.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 14:35 GMT
awesome. got all the way to question 43 only to find out you spelled gail wrong
Apr 20th, 2010 at 18:10 GMT
Even after cheating and researching the name of the calzone restaurant, it turns out there is no definitive spelling of Paisano's. I found it spelled three different ways.
Apr 20th, 2010 at 20:53 GMT
way too specific on "executive raincoats".
Apr 20th, 2010 at 23:00 GMT
it is actually "gail" cunningham, not "gale"...check it out on imdb. also you should except "botticelli" in the singular because that is the actually name to the brand, it is not plural
Apr 21st, 2010 at 00:27 GMT
Apr 21st, 2010 at 00:56 GMT
you need to accept "beltless trenchcoat" for executive raincoats
Apr 21st, 2010 at 03:58 GMT
Please, I doubt if Jerry Seinfeld himself could answer some of these questions. I'm all for tough quizzes, but this one is really hard starting with the third question. How many people know who L. David's lawyer and manager was?? Seems a bit obscure.
Apr 21st, 2010 at 15:53 GMT
So many mistakes! Good idea otherwise; fix these to make it a fun quiz: Elaine's dad accept author, spell Pisano's right (http://www.seinfeldscripts.com/TheCalzone.htm), spell Gail Cunnigham right (http://www.seinfeldscripts.com/TheShoes.html). Maybe not even include Jerry's girlfriend's names at all, far too obscure. Alternate spellings for Jeffrey and some others perhaps? I didn't get past Gail Cunningham, so I dunno if there are any more mistakes, but please fix some stuff and I will nominate. I love Seinfeld and basically, if I have to look something up, it's too obscure.
Apr 23rd, 2010 at 13:32 GMT
Brilliant! loved it, quite a challenge but doable if your a true Seinfeld fan!
Jun 8th, 2010 at 14:14 GMT
brilliant is an understatement, LOVED THIS! larry charles was a tough one though
Jul 26th, 2010 at 13:52 GMT
I take issue with the jacket lining answer. I typed leather jacket, jacket then coat and it doesn't accept it. Come on man.
Nov 27th, 2010 at 02:54 GMT
unbelievably too hard and specific
Dec 30th, 2010 at 18:49 GMT
As stated too specific, I've seen every episode of Seinfeld at least 20 times so I am a true Seinfeldian
Feb 8th, 2011 at 10:17 GMT
BradyD, it was suede not leather
Mar 5th, 2011 at 22:41 GMT
48 is waaaaay to hard, who the hell is larry charles?
Jun 7th, 2011 at 00:23 GMT
Great quiz. I had to look up the spelling of 'Botticelli's' Jerry's apartment number (I thought it was 5B!) and the name of the girl George thought cousin Jeffrey was making out with. Oh, and I didn't know Larry Charles coined the phrase, but, that isn't really the SHOWS history. Anyways, fun and very challenging quiz. Thanks.
