	I was thinking the same thing, onlyashes11. How does Bogus Journey make it but neither Two Towers or Return of the King. And they can't say it's because LotR is one big epic, because both Star Wars sequels and Back to the Future sequels are on here. BTW, really fun quiz!

	I agree with johnlk. The reason LOTR wasn't considered is probably because all three movies were filmed in one big hit and then split into the three parts. So they're not really self filmed sequels the way the rest of these are. Though Back to the Future 2 and 3 sorta are the same, but they have completely differnt storylines.

	@johnlk - From Empire's website: 'We have disregarded films that are really all of a piece, like Lord of the Rings and Kill Bill, and also series that share elements but restart each time, like Carry On or Three Colours.' I think James Bond movies would come under 'series that restart each time'.

	I thought sequel meant "second in a series". You should point out in the rules that it accepts any film past the first one in a series.

	Empire really screwed up with this list. Presumably Rocky II (and maybe even III), which were very good sequels before the franchise went downhill, didn't make a la LOTR? I don't know but some of these movies really sucked Empire should have just used the criteria that if the movie follows the one before it in an overall storyline, it is a sequel.
