In England it is Aubergine not Eggplant and accept prawn for shrimp. Otherwise good :)

Good quiz, very interesting! Just, pommes frites actually means fried potatoes (frites by itself translates French fries).

Sunchoke and artichoke are 2 different things. Correct response would be "Jerusalem Artichoke" Sweet breads are the Thalmus Gland, not the pancreas.

@dnrsha: Sweetbreads can refer to either the pancreas or thymus. It's delicious.

Could use some improving - sweetbreads are the thymus, balut is a duck egg, lamb fries are liver. Also some answers should be more flexible... like ratatouille should accept stewed vegetables, and where two ingredients are requested, it should allow input in either order...

even though it's hard to figure out most of these (despite knowing what they are), you really should accept "meat juice" for au jus.

To nit-pick, vegetable stew isn't necessarily the same thing as ratatouille. A ratatouille only contains tomato, courgette (zucchini), aubergine (eggplant), sweet pepper, garlic, onion and sometimes carrot, as well as herbs of course

Also, a sqab is specifically a baby pigeon.

Yes, sunchokes are actually tubers. Very unlike the thistle plant, artichoke. More mistakes abound.
