You have a typo in "dilation". I thought it was my many attempts at spelling "curettage" that were to blame!

Thanks for the feedback - it's not a typo, that’s the term over here in the UK and Australia but I hadn't realised that wasn't worldwide so I've added it too. Thanks for highlighting this and expanding my worldwide medical initialisation knowledge!
