This quiz needs some work. The actual source is here: http://members.tripod.com/bb_catchers/catchers/winshares-career.htm (You have to dig through the link provided to find it.) I'm not sure how up-to-date that source is, especially considering how out-of-date much of the rest of the site is. The title of best offensive catchers is a little misleading as well, since you're using a cumulative stat - a catcher can get on this list by being a bad hitter for a very long time (see Ausmus). You need to provide some other information as well. I'd suggest putting the win share total on the left and years active on the right.

I concur with the above. This could be a really great quiz if I knew a little more about what exactly you're looking for. I mean, are they World Series shares? Offensive numbers? I really hadn't a clue. Shame too, cause the players involved could evoke quite a bit of thought without crossing the border into the land of absurd trivia.

If it is win shares, that means it includes defense. That seems to be the only way Mike Piazza could rank 6th.
