It's my own fault that I didn't get them all because I didn't really realize what it was asking for in the beginning. Would you consider a change to saying "per Capita?"

per capita and percent are different, per capita is for every one person, and percent is for every 100 people, so I think it might be more confusing that way. I will add by % in the game name though to help

I know you put the asterisk, but Washington DC should not be in this quiz. Just put the next highest state and use DC as a bonus answer. It's not a state.

If you have to include Washington DC, please add District of Columbia as a form of the answer. I was pretty god damned pissed because I didn't get it when writing District of Columbia.
