Your source is in error (and so is Wikisource). There should be a hyphen in "five-pound". Also, "bong-tree" is not capitalized. Both of these can be seen in the original publication, which is scanned at http://ia700309.us.archive.org/33/items/nonsensesongslau00lear/nonsensesongslau00lear.pdf
