South Africa has the Prince Edward Islands which are in UTC+3 while South Africa is +2

@megascarp Do you have any references for that? It isn't in any of the sources that I used, and since it has no permanent residents, I cannot find any evidence of it having a standard time zone (other than most things like this which use the time of the host country for coordinating).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Standard_time_zones_of_the_world.png. I know it's wikipedia but it says based on CIA info. See below South Africa the 'prince Edward Islands' are circled in the pale yellow of +3. I would check it but the CIA site is down for me at the moment. Also this site http://www.timegenie.com/country.time/za has PE islands or Marion Islands an hour ahead of mainland South Africa as well as this site http://www.worldtimezone.com/wtz018.php
