@sproutcm...I never watched Sex either, and I also know Noth from Law & Order. That's why I qualified my previous statement with "pretty much" and "almost." Nevertheless, despite his presence on Law & Order, I don't think it made him that famous. With the possible exception of Sam Waterston I think the frequent cast changes and multiple series have made the actors from those shows more or less interchangeable. Also, he left the show before it became the institution it eventually became. It ran for 15 more years after he left. That said, my favorite cast on that show was probably the second season when Noth was partnered with Paul Sorvino and Michael Moriarty was the ADA.
I don't really have a better suggestion. I do realize N is not that popular of a letter for last names. Maybe Julie Newmar (preferably in costume as Catwoman). |
