Can you name the images that each start with the letter 'H'?

Enter an answer in the box below
Correctly named answers will show up below
If your obvious answer isn't working, you probably have to be more specific. For example, HANDTOOL is too general; you need to identify the specific handtool in the photo.

I call those hazelnuts filberts. Didnt know they were the same thing. I like these quizzes - but not the spelling challenges. Usually miss two or three because of that. Guess I could cheat and google them.

How about accepting just hazelnut without needing an S on the end? Hazelnut was the first thing I tried and since it didn't work without the S, I thought that must not be the right answer.

@WredAguyW Sorry about that. Someone else asked for the plural of hazelnut, and I accidentally added hazelnuts twice. It has been fixed.

This is a really fun series of quizzes. I thought about doing something like this a while back but only got as far as a title then lost interest. (I was going to call it
'C' Crap
,
'D' Crap
, etc. I think your title works better.:)

One could argue that picture 6 is depicting a "handful" and not just the hops.

I before E except after C or when sounded like A as in neighbor and weigh, or any other exceptions to the rule. And we wonder why English is so hard.

I before e except after c, and in words that say "ay" as in neighbor and weigh, and on weekends and holidays and all throughout May, and you'll always be wrong no matter what you say!

Got hops with 1 second to go after going through lots of stupid answers, "handful" being my personal favourite.

I'm offended that in the tagline for this quiz, sporcle has used 'Hartford', rather than 'Hertford', as it should be... If you correct it, sporcle, I would be most grateful.

@thecassidy, the actual quote refers to Hertford, so the quiz's tagline is incorrect, regardless as to whether Hartford is another place. Sporcle please change it! Was a fun quiz though

@padawanofpie, I dont't think anyone else thought that. If they did they probably quickly realized eggtimer starts with E and not H. I am just confused at how anybody would think that is anything but an hourglass.

can't believe it wouldn't accept "handful" instead of "hops". Would be a great bonus answer!
