Can you name the images that each start with the letter 'G'?

Enter an answer in the box below
Correctly named answers will show up below
If your obvious answer isn't working, you probably have to be more specific. For example, GEM is too general; you need to identify the specific gem in the photo.

OK...isnt that the fake ground hog from Ground Hog Day?.. and Victrola is all I've ever heard that contraption called.

@chriskotx So close and yet so far. Wrong Bill Murray movie. That's not the real groundhog he kidnaps in "Groundhog Day," but the FAKE gopher from "Caddyshack" that torments him.

Great quiz! It was very interesting how you had to do them in order and not be able to jump answers. I had to learn how to spell guillotine!

I surprised myself by spelling guillotine right. I think Victrola is a brand name for that machine.

~wheels out inner pedant~ Please may you accept grotesque for the gargoyle. A gargoyle is only a gargoyle if it can spout water, and the image does not depict it thus. ~puts away pedant~

I don't want to be near people that have eaten garlic, I don't eat garlic, I don't need to ward off any vampires, now I have another reason to dislike garlic--only one I missed.

Is it too much of a stretch to ask for 'gemstone' instead of 'garnet'?

@caligal14 Yeah, the instructions even say that you have to be more specific than 'gem.' Most of the quizzes have gems on them for each letter, and you have to pick the one that starts with the letter.

I also tried gem, because I figured a ruby doesn't begin with G. I gave this quiz 5 globes simply because I haven't typed "gnu" in I don't know how long.

Any chance that's a Grant's Gazelle? Naah, I guess it's a Tommy. But a Grant's would have been a funny double-G.

@californiagirl "I think I should get gem even though I couldn't figure out what it is, but I thought of a G word for it!" I didn't get 100% either, but somehow we move on with our lives. Also, at first glance I thought your name was Caligula, and made me think of an awful, but awesome, movie.

@Svaras- Great Danes have much larger muzzles as opposed to the pointy nosed Greyhound pictured. As for the gemstone, I was fortunate enough to be born in January! Total no brainer for me.
