	pete -- I know the quote, but I've always found it strange. His mama didn't name him Clay, it was his father's last name. His mama named him Cassius.

	I didn't realize that "Abdul-Jabbar" was Kareem's last name. I always figured Abdul was like a middle name and that his last name was Jabbar. So I thought sproutcm was being tricky and expecting us to know that KAJ was born "Lewis Alcindor". But when that didn't work, I typed in the whole name "Kareem Abdul Jabbar" and it worked. It might be cool to add "Alcindor" as an acceptable alternative for KAJ -- as sort of props to those who know that obscure bit of trivia. Just a thought ...

	@All Alcindor is an alternate, and looks to have been fixed if it wasn't working. Sorry about that. I actually picked him because both his last names started with A and I thought that was cool. I'm working on a series of these, but they are quite hard because everyone knows different people. I wanted a balance of athletes, movie people, TV people, musicians, and general celebrities of both genders and all time periods. Thanks for the support!

	Every time I find myself shocked that Andre Agassi used crystal meth, I remind myself that it was the Andre Agassi in this picture and not the bald, mild-mannered Andre Agassi of his later career.

	@ Wes_Mantooth...Actually, that's not correct. Agassi's last appearance with the shaggy main was in 1994, when he won the US Open as an unseeded player having slipped in the rankings due mostly to being lazy. He showed up at the 1995 Australian with his head shaved and won that tournament as well, then spent most of the year ranked #1 before losing to Sampras in the 1995 US Open final. Then he had a middling 1996 and fell completely off the map in 1997. And it was then, in 1997, that he said he'd used meth as he tumbled out of the top 100 in the world. So he was already several years removed from his "image is everything days" and seemingly well on his way to making the most of his prodigious talent, when he used meth, which is what made that particular revelation so shocking.

	@Cecispanda and pete32782: Actually, I am going to assume his papa named him, and not his mama, since his papa was Cassius Marcellus Clay Sr. Okay, maybe mama said, "Papa, let's name the baby after you." 	I had no idea what Adele's last name was. Didn't even try her because I assumed she didn't apply in this case. Wish I had, though I don't know what she looks like well enough to identify her on this quiz. I still love her voice.
