	@Mark064: I think you mean the example was CORRECT, and it confused you. "Each word begins with the last two letters of the word that came before it." teST → STep. stEP → EPee. It is not a traditional word ladder. It's also not that hard to figure out. Great quiz.

	I think I can see Mark's point about the example. It took me a second too. I think it might be better not to have the second example word repeat so many letters from the first example word -- at first, I thought that "te" carried over from "test" to "step." Maybe a better example would be something like best --> star --> army. Otherwise, good quiz -- I thought there was way too much time, but looking at the stats, others had more difficulty.

	I really enjoyed the format and the length of this ladder. I hated the clue for byte. The first thing I thought of after the clue was bite. It was even more annoying seeing the answer that I had a homonym of the answer. I didn't get the Moby answer, so that didn't help me either.

	There are 8 bits in a byte. There are 4 bits in a nibble. Therefore, 2 nibbles is one byte. So, bite is wrong, doesn't fit the clue, and doesn't fit the letters in the chain.

	A lot of fun, this one. Pretty easy, with 50% overlap on each subsequent clue (if you miss one, the answers before and after give you the whole answer which is how i got OSSA, MOBY, and NAST), so I guess the only logical solution is to do one with six-letter words! ;-)

	@sproutcm Those of us who don't like the byte clue are thinking of eating, not in computer language, as in I'll take two nibbles of this muffin and that will equal one bite. I'm sure it's not a scientific method, but a few of us thought this way. We obviously know it doesn't work once you see that moby is the answer above it. I had no idea a nibble was a computer term, but I learned something new today, which I do from many quizzes. That's why I keep returning. Edit: My first attempt at this comment I used cookie instead of muffin. Since a computer can have cookies, that would have just added further confusion to the situation.

	Maybe instead of spelling nibble with an 'i' you should spell it with a 'y'. Spelling it as nybble is an acceptable way to spell it and it wouldn't be unnecessarily confusing. Or am I missing something?

	@DarkBy no, because Ancz isn't correct for the previous one. For byte, try a more obvious clue like 8 bits, which no one would call a bite.

	"two nibbles" is a perfectly acceptable and fair clue for byte. There's perhaps some misdirection, and it does test your knowledge of computers, but this is a quiz site after all.
