Can you name the 'famous' people who married these celebrities?

Because we're nice but thorough, type in "Not really famous" to get past a few people who are SO incredibly unfamous in my estimation. Sadly some of these are really only famous for being spouses.

This is a little different fare from what you usually contribute. I like that. But how'd I miss Cher's first husband? Oh well. Also, could an argument be made that just "Bowles" should work for Charles' second wife? And for all the men on this list, why doesn't their surname work? (That last one was a joke.)

@hscer Actually, she married a man whose last name is "Parker Bowles" and if you type both, it is accepted, but Bowles alone was not her last name. For display purpose, I have shown her maiden name.

I'm not sure a lot of these people were "famous" at the time they married these celebrities - Danny Moder? Melania Knauss? Eric Benet? Either of Shannen Doherty's husbands?

LOL I guessed Sean Penn under Madonna, but not Madonna for Sean Penn... so dumb! Fun quiz - and I liked the "not famous enough" idea...

I did the same thing, Sean Penn under Madonna but not Madonna for Sean Penn. Also this was fun. Paul Simon was married to Carrie Fisher? That's so weird.

I am terrible with celebrities... but thanks to your freebies, i still managed 14... I did your freebies, then i typed each of the names in figuring maybe some married each other, which they did... and i knew joe dimaggio for marilyn monroe (hugeeeee yankees fan lol) and sadly that's all I got.... I never knew frank sinatra was married to mia farrow though lol... another yankee trivia i should have known, ah welllll

i typed in 'not really famous', saw 'james' something under the marilyn category, and automatically thought it was marilyn manson because he was connected to a girl with a dude's name (evan). so i tried dita von teese, got peeost, then got even more peeost when i realised it was marilyn monroe, which i should've definitely gotten the other two for. blast.

Very entertaining quiz! I love the "not really famous" hint ;) Also, if there's a sequel, maybe include Elizabeth Taylor!

Fun game! You could go nuts with this one. Sequels galore. I think a bunch more of these people should qualify for the "not really famous" tag, though. Halle Berry's 2nd husband for example: no one had ever heard of that schmoe before Halle started settling for no-talent hacks way below her league.

@shampoowoody This quiz question and the title say this is only for people who have been married two or three times, and Liz Taylor was married 8 times to 7 different people. There is already a quiz for just Liz Taylor's husbands, and someday I'll finish my quiz of people who were married more than 3 times, but 75% of the people on there were so obscure it wasn't looking very fun.

This is not right - many of those people only became celebrities because they married celebrities! Ojani Noa for J Lo? Debbie Rowe for Michael Jackson? Alice Kim for Nicholas Cage?
