So the reason for the addition of the UK and Australia, rather than just having the US, is that there are no X or Z number ones in US musical history. So adding those, it completed the alphabet and added a few alternates for the others. About half of the letters have more than one possible song.

If you accept One Sweet Day for Boyz II Men, you should also accept S&M for Rihanna.

@garys No, I missed One Sweet Day, when I was scanning the lists because I didn't scroll down far enough. @youppiinameria S&M has always been accepted for Rihanna.
