	The EU is not exactly a country. It is a collection of countries. Having that has an answer is a bit bogus.

	No way anyone could think that EU would be a top beef-producing country, which is why no one has. Wrecks a good quiz. Just find out what the next-biggest producer is, or just have 9 answers. I must have tried a dozen European countries, most of them in the EU (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ukraine, Turkey, ...)

	I was surprised with India as well, but then remembered that oxen are not considered as sacrosanct as cows. The impotent cows are allowed to be slain, too. India also has large minority population - roughly 1 out of every 6 Indian is either a Muslim or a Christian - which translates to around 200 million who can consume beef.
