	if there were no correct answers there wouldn't be any point to the quiz, and making it historically accurate is not funny. I just followed the source by giving the French credit for the wars they one using the three rules and made bonus answers of all the other wars.

	Very funny. Apparently the French flag taken into battle was a white cross against a white background :)

	On one of your bonus answers, you say "currently loosing". It's losing, not loosing. You clearly know how to spell "lost" correctly, so why would you think you would add an extra "o" to a word when adding "ing" to it?

	terribly sorry about the mistake, if you must know I've been making that error for years and I'm not sure why. I also tend to accidently put another 'i' in business, but that didn't effect this quiz

	From the source - "Tied and on the way to losing, France is saved by the United States [Entering the war late -ed.]." The USA hardly impacted at all in WW1, If anyone saved the French it was the British.

	They ended up winning the Hundred Years' War (sure it took 117 years and another two hundred to get Calais back, but still!). Also, some of the crusades were successful, and largely French. The Albigensian Crusade was certainly a victory of northern French over southern not-quite-really-French-yet French.
