	Persian Gulf War is added, what else would you like for the annexation of texas? The question is changed to reflect the event refers to Americas entrance to the war. Thanks for the feedbak

	Fort Sumter didn't cause America to enter the war, it was the first battle of the war. The actual causes of the war are obviously more complex.

	Obviously a lot of stuff lead up to war, but the South's attack on the fort triggered the armed conflict that could have previously been avoided.

	I tend to dislike quizes in which complicated and nuanced historical events are over simplified and compressed down to one simple sentence or statement. My opinion still hasn't changed after taking this quiz.

	I don't know if people check back to quizzes they have commented on to see a response but I will respond anyway. mgrand29: I see your point, but public education has taught me to think of history as multiple choice answers and I know that isn't a good thing. Namida: Sorry WWII had an odd space but thats fixed Hooby: Unrestricted U-boat warfare was certainly a major factor but the US didn't enter the conflict until 2 years after the Lusitania was sunk so I wouldn't feel as comfortable putting that on the quiz

	spqr, despite my disliking this style of quiz, you executed it as well as could be expected. I think you chose the most accurate possible causes of these wars if it has to be simplified into one cause. I'm particularly grateful that you didn't put the sinking of the Lusitania as the reason the US entered WW I. So good job on that.
