Could you increase the time limit to 4 minutes, include all the countries that have ever competed in the Eurovision (here's a link to a list of all 51 countries: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_in_the_Eurovision_Song_Contest), capitalise Luxembourg, change the question so that it tells people more precisely what they have to do and finally add the word 'show' to the tags. Obviously, these are just recommendation and you're free to disregard them, it is your quiz after all.
