Before spouting off baseless skepticism, you should consider two facts: One, while the western states have a lot of blacktail and mule deer, whitetail deer are present in other states, so it's not as if deer don't occur elsewhere. Two, just because a place has more deer doesn't mean more people crash into them. Sometimes it can mean the opposite, as people are more used to looking out for them. |
