I believe the line is "It hit me from out of the blue." Love this song, thanks for the quiz.

I was a baby when this show was on the air. The only reason I knew the lyrics was from watching 40 year old virgin about a 100 times!

Lyrics aren't quite right. It's not "It's like the light of a new day, it came right out of the blue." The correct lyrics are "Looks like the light of a new day hit me from out of the blue." Still, Greatest American Hero was a great choice!

Very easy to figure out what the song was. Didn't know any of the second verse though.

Thank you for correctly putting should've. I die a little inside every time I see someone write "should of" or "could of" as if those were actual phrases.

All I had to go by was George's answering machine and any other common words. Got me in the 70th percentile though!

For once, the test phrase I put in for these tv lyrics quizzes came up on the first go. Yay! Then it was just trying to dig the later stanzas out of my you-know-what

This quiz is wrong. The correct lyrics are as follows. Believe it or not George isn't at home, please leave a message at the beep. I must be out or I'd pick up the phone, where could I be? Believe it or not, I'm not home.

I'm not sure if I'm proud or not, but I only got most of the answers thanks to Peter Griffin's rendition on Family Guy.

The lyrics are wrong-- it's "it CAME from out of the blue." I just listened to/watched it about 10 times to make sure.

I don't want to freak any one out, but when I selected this game, I immediately typed "believe it or not" (actually, I typed "be believe it or not.") I'm trying to use my powers for good, but there is a lot of temptation . . .

I've seen at least one lyrics site that has it the way EmTeeZ has it. However, if you listend to it here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsWgG5v7A3A
there can be no doubt that it's "hit me" and thus, the quiz has it correct.

"Believe it or not, George isn't at home, please leave a message at the beep... I must be out, or I'd answer the phone. Where could I be? Believe it or not, I'm not home!" With that in my head, I didn't stand a chance of winning this!

Careful crouchingdomo and mistrbrwn, people taking this quiz have obviously never watched Seinfeld and will vote down your comments.
