| @bmo and NCBerge: The Dolphins won each of their regular season games by over two touchdowns on average. They are also the only team in the entire history of the NFL that has been able to go undefeated. This in itself makes them one of the best teams of all time. They had no control over who they played. In addition, it's not fair to count losses against the Dolphins in the win-loss records of the teams they beat in saying how good those teams were. Taking this into account, the Dolphins won 5 games against teams with winning records during their regular season as well as three games in the playoffs against teams with the next best records (after the Dolphins) in the NFL. In addition, they did much of this with their backup quaterback. |
