| In the style section set the 'group answers with same hints' option to 3 column, being sure to click on the big save styles button after. Then, in the data section you need to move all of your questions to the 3rd column. In the first column you need to put the same heading under everything you want to be in one column. The way I format these, my first 12 rows are GROUP A, then 12 GROUP B, 12 GROUP C and 4 each of GROUPS D,E,F,and G. Be sure to line up the columns with which bonds lead to which bonds to avoid confusion and complaints. Afterwords, I suggest you go back to the styles column and adjust the column widths, I usually use 65%/35%. Adding some colour definitely helps too, remember to save styles again. The other problem is that your answers sometimes go on the end of the given words but sometimes at the beginning - it's tough to do but if you can avoid that when making it it is much better (words added to the beginning seems easier) - but at the very least I would indicate where it is placed, such as _Bowl, _Seat, Public_.
