Animals don't have vacuoles. Also, you should accept ER for endoplasmic reticulum and cytosol for cytoplasm. Does the lysosome really break down food? I though food got broken down in the gut (mostly) then absorbed and used by cells. The lysosome is involved in protein degradation, but that isn't protein you've eaten (well, not directly, the amino acids have to come from somewhere).

Thanks for the comments. I made sure i fixed it. Animal cells do have vacuoles, they are just a little different than in plant cells.
