A couple of things about this one:
1. I know the picture quality is pretty terrible right now. I'm in the process of finding better ones, but for now, this is the best the source could provide.
2. I wasn't sure which category to put this in, so it's in TV for now. If you think it should be put in history, misc., etc, let me know.
3. I tried this new slideshow idea (thanks to Hejman for (unknowingly) showing me how). If you think I should keep it in grid format, let me know.
4. Matt Groening seemed to have a thing for Norman Rockwell and M.C. Escher.
5. Any other comments or concerns (or maybe some praise)? Let me know! Enjoy the quiz!

Nice quiz. I made a similar quiz a few days ago:

However, yours is quite different. I like the slideshow format.

Ah, sorry @leppyfresh. I had the intention of making this a while ago, and I forgot to check if anyone made it again. If you want, I can take it down.

@smreidy: No need to take it down. There are many differences. There's only about 3 or 4 pictures that are the same, and I like the slideshow format better than the grid format.

Should accept "Dejeuner sur l'herbe". That's it's original, French name. I had to translate it first. Totes lame.

I was looking at that, leppy, and I thought, "Wow, this is really good! ...Wait, I don't remember making that an Editor's Pick, though I should have. ...Wait, it's in Miscellaneous. NOOO!"
Of course, these are both great. But man, sm, some of those pictures are really jacked up.

I think I might have waited to post until I had better pictures; the Leutze, for instance, is more or less unrecognizable (I had to squint after seeing the answer to even figure out what it was). I also think that I filled in almost every answer I got just from the artist (I mean, go ahead, name something else by Grant Wood or Edward Hopper).
