This really needs to be in 2 or 3 columns to reduce or eliminate scrolling. Also, Iridium is on twice, and in a real "word ladder" the same leter should never change twice in a row. You've got multiple example of that including 5 that are in the patter *e in a row.
Might be fun if reduced to 1 minute.

You have Praseodymium twice. The second one should be Promethium.
