	Seriously, I tried again thinking I somehow made a mistake last time, and literally all that's accepted is what appears in the last box. Even omitting the forward-slash is enough for it not to be accepted. Needs to be fixed pronto if possible.

	I'm not very good at word scrambles, but this is the first one I've ever finished without having to pause and think for a long time. But I know that's more to do with my love of Mexican food than any improved anagraming skills.

	@WeaselKing1000: You're right, 'Tex-Mex' should be enough. Unfortunately I can't edit it anymore. I will contact the admins to see if they can edit it to accept 'Tex-Mex'.

	You should be able to accept Anchos as an alternative to Nachos. The Ancho pepper is typically used in all ranges of Latin American food.

	Great quiz but you could probably even shorten the time more. Although that may just be the Texan-who-frequents-Tex-Mex-places-too-much in me :)
