	Given all the potential smith and ____ answers in the comments, you might want to reconsider that question, or at least accepting more answers. Smith and Wollensky is a national restaurant chain with high profile locations in numerous large cities, and should be acceptable. This probably shows that I drink too much, but there's also a nationally distributed rum brand called Smith & Cross, making another viable, though admitedly not as high profile answer as the one you picked.
