Instead of having everything together, can't you just make five separate categories and group them into five columns? It will make the quiz more asymmetrical, but it will eliminate the need to look at the game note if you forget a category.

Fun and challenging quiz. I've been playing a lot of your quizzes today slipkid and you're an excellent quiz-maker! However, "Oceania" and "Australasia" are used as well as "Australia" and should be accepted on this quiz.
