WHOA. Tell me I wasn't the only one who saw the timer blink red when it got to 10 seconds.

Good quiz, slipkid. I found it a little weird that 5 words, 5 letters, 5 minutes would actually have 6 starting words, however. Just saying... Well done though

@LeoXIII: Agreed on a bit weird to have 6 starting words. I just liked the "5,5,5" title but thought the quiz looked more symmetrical with 6 words.

There is also serin, which is a bird - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Serin

@Triffid: Nice catch, I've swapped out that set of 5 words with another. Thanks.

Satem and metis are also words, and they are even listed on your source.

@Ubbiebubbie: Thanks for the correction, I've swapped out the sets that contained satem and metis with 2 new sets.

I missed the three words that were the three most missed. I feel so normal for a change... :)

I know it fits with the "5" theme, but five minutes was way to long to be any challenge (and therefore any fun). I had 3:18 left on the clock.

@UneasyRider: I disagree that 5 minutes is too long. I missed 3 words, and was disappointed that I missed "share". I might have thought of it with more time. Instead of saying the quiz isn't fun, or that it had too much time, maybe just be happy that your brain managed the descrambling that much better than everyone else. For my part, I enjoyed the quiz.

I am usually horrid at these and while I agree that 5 minutes is too long for a pro, it was conceptually perfect. (I usually get 9/10 and think I'm hot stuff, only to find out that 45% got them all. Ugh. Humbling.) Even though I quit with 1:30 left, would not have gotten the final three. A very nice quiz.

That was fun. Thanks. :) Hey and I actually got them all. By the way, thank you for making it 5 minutes. Most game creators on here would have put it for like 2 minutes. It's nice to actually have some time to think and actually have fun with the game.

Mitre was indeed the hardest column. I'd never guess (spoiler) remit and miter.

Can't a quiz on the internet be considered an e-task? Come on dictionaries, put it in. Without the hyphen :)

I thought five minutes was perfect. Took me 4 minutes 36 seconds to get them all. I hate it when you're unnecessarily rushed in quizzes - it works for some, but definitely not all! :)

I got it all in less than a minute. But I do A LOT of word games and boggle. So I notice all these patterns in words really well. In other news, I need a hobby.

Good, short quiz. I liked having some extra time because I often try to type so fast that I lose time correcting typos. I appreciate not having to risk my fingers stuttering all over the keyboard!

Shave off a minute and the game would be challenging, but not difficult to finish.

I always thought that "miter" was just the American spelling of "mitre".
