@slipkid: I always seem to enjoy your quizzes. Another good one here, and the time is right.

Literally one second left on the clock when I figured out the other anagram of "care". Thanks, it was a lot of fun, time was perfect.

It may not be commonly known, but there's also 'pean', a heraldic term for a type of ermine with yellow marks on a black background. Sorry.

Great quiz, but not enough time.

I disagree with Monty - I thought the time was perfect...I was able to look at every word with plenty of time to answer - but got to the last word with 5 seconds left - giving me no time to go back for the ones I missed...the ability to get the answers in time is definitely rewarded on this quiz...5 globes!!

@WeaselKing1000: I tried "pean", just out of curiosity. I'm surprised it's actually a word. I like this quiz, though. I'm finding that language quizzes are often some of my favorite quizzes to play on Sporcle. Nice job, slipkid.

It's interesting how often my eyes got tricked into thinking the word I was about to type was already there and that I needed to find a different one.

waps = Americans who are into anime and jpop and think Japan is like the greatest think in the world and try to sound all cool and otaku-ish by throwing it random Japanese phrases every now and then. See "wapanese".

@Zak6009: Wow, you're right. I didn't know that existed, let alone have a name for it. But I googled it and there it was. Weird.

There are a few words that aren't listed, but they are mostly fairly archaic. I've not seen coed without a hyphen though, so I think that might be a little questionable. All in all, very good fun, and the time was perfect for me.

Either this was too easy or I'm actually getting better at these anagram games.

Felt there was plenty of time, though the second word from 'orgy' took me longer than all the others. Still, had over a minute left at the end (began with 5 minutes, I'm assuming that wasn't changed?)

Fun quiz. Hardest were orgy and tabu by far IMO

seems to be enough time, had 28 seconds left, but, there are other similar quizzes here so having a little prior experience helped in some way. Thanks for a great quiz!

*Sigh* for some reason I expected both the plural of a 'doe' and the inflected form of 'do' to be two separate words. Which can only mean one thing - it's 2am and time to go to bed!
