	It's hard to believe that ESPN means this to be a list of the greatest blunders ever, as the title states. I seem to remember a series of lists that ESPN made around this time (2004) that limited their criteria to the years since ESPN's inception.

	@malonetd: I had to do a lot of research just to add the year the blunders occured. @RandallPinkston: You are correct, and I have edited to quiz title to reflect this. I realize this is a ridiculously impossible quiz, but it is an interesting subject and a search of YouTube for these people and their mistakes results in some comedy. :)

	I remember seeing the Mrs Wilson story at the time. She ran in a attacked the other boxer with a sharp shoe who was winning the fight. He ended up with blood and was unable to continue. The referee gave the fight to Wilson which was crazy.

	Why the hell is that Leon Lett Superbowl one there? Cowboys were way ahead in the lead, the mistake did nothing to affect the outcome of the game- just someone punished for showboating. Surely the most tragic blunder is Andres Escobar's in the 1994 World Cup- the own goal cost him his life. But of course, soccer doesn't exist as far as ESPN is concerned.

	@Freddie..yes Leon Lett's mistake didnt mean anything to the game but that was almost 15 years ago and almost everyone remembers it. Thats pretty substantial. As soon as I saw the title of this quiz it was the first thing I thought of and the first thing I typed in.

	ESPN is located right next to Boston so they have always favored the Red Sox and are probably trying to get everyone to forget Buckner. As soon as he wasn't on the list, I decided against finishing the quiz. Typical horrible ESPN list.
