	Well-designed challenge...did my homework, read the seven patents set forth as trial evidence... but still got two wrong. Caused me to better appreciate how much thought goes into designing these amazing little devices. Go Apple! Hmm...what to do now about these pangs of guilt I now feel while scrolling my Galaxy S2 screen? Shall I trade it in for an iPhone? (But the S2 is better, isn't it?) Ah, the perfect answer: Get an S3 (that wasn't named in the lawsuit, was it?) Good game.

	The shape and colour ones really did it for me. How on Earth can anyone own the rights to a vaguely cuboidular white box and a vaguely cuboidular black box? Also, does anyone know the real word for 'cuboidular'?

	Well this way everyone keeps flocking back to Apple for their unique products. If they can't innovate uniqueness, they'll sue for it.

	In the UK, the case was heard by an expert judge rather than a jury - consequently the case was dismissed and Apple were forced to print an apology on the front page of their UK site. The manner in which they did so - hiding it in a tiny link and effectively saying "yeah, but other countries say we won" looks like landing them with a contempt of court charge. :-)
