It's sad that I can name the last five Sporcle quizzes in any topic, but not the last 5 Vice Presidents.

I believe the Senate majority leader list should be Reid, Frist, Daschle, Lott, Daschle, shouldn't it?

@Rzeziol: of course it's US-centric...it's a quiz about United States Government.

91st percentile... and I'm Canadian. Well, guess I'll be able to ace a US citizenship test if I ever have to take one, but I should probably lay off the US cable news

@Rzeziol: How would you create this quiz without being "too US centric?" I think Sporcle puts out a pretty even balance of quizzes to appeal to all types of people. It seems like every quiz that has a single answer being the United States, somebody comments that its too US centric. If you don't like quizzes with the US as an answer, don't play them. There are hundreds of other great quizzes that could appeal to you.

It's a quiz about who runs America and the Secretary of Homeland Security isn't on this list? This must be fixed.

Tavix, it's possible that the quiz creator wanted to target positions in government that have been around at least a decade ...

Skydog, not to be picky, but it's Attorneys General. Not Attorney Generals. You're not alone in having trouble with them. There were many Americans who had trouble with Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, some of whom include members of both houses of congress.

juviejay: the president pro tempore is the presiding officer in the U.S. Senate when the highest ranking official (vice president) isn't present. He is usually the most senior member of the majority party. Right now its Robert Byrd of West Virginia because hes about 500 years old.

tavix: there have only been 3 Secretaries of Homeland Security in the short history of the office. It would be pretty silly to put it on this list, unless you were gonna start putting ALL the cabinet members on the list. Does DHS "run the country" anymore than the Department of Justice or the Department of the Treasury?

I realized as soon as I posted that the Attorney General is on this quiz, so my above mention of DOJ was silly, but the Department of the Treasury comment stands.
