Also, you may want to consider Barry Bonds's 77 triples. Technically, he has not announced his retirement--he's simply a free agent. I hate the guy personally, but I think he should still be included amongst active players in this list

Dave Roberts is in the same boat as Bonds; he may not have announced his retirement, but he was actually doing radio and TV work all last season.

Sorry guys. I'm just going by the players Baseball-Reference considers to be active. I will fix the Cristian Guzman spelling... Bonds hasn't played in 2 full seasons and he's like 50 years old. He may not have officially retired, but I guess BB-Ref considers him so.
