What are you defining as one term? Nixon, for example served 1-1/2 terms; he was elected twice (1968 and 1972). Truman finished out FDRs term (almost 3 years) and was elected for his own term and ended up serving about 7 years, making it closer to two terms than one term.

The use of middle names/initials was completely erratic, Lincoln, McKinley, Roosevelt, Coolidge, Truman, LBJ, and Nixon all served more than one turn, and not accepting last names? Really?
