	You should accept all the other countries in the commonwealth, so: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis. They do still recognise her.

	The queen isn't the reigning monarch in any territories outside the UK and it's dependencies. In most of the commonwealth countries she holds the title 'head of state'.

	I added UAE and Bhutan, and @jnhickson I would have to add all of the former Dutch and Spanish colonies as well. It gets complicated as to which countries still accept them. Also @mallard I added a source. (It didnt have Bhutan and UAE)

	There is a difference between all former colonies and present commonwealth countries. The countries mentioned by jnhickson still regard queen elizabeth ii as their monarch. So, they need to be added. Also, though Andorra has co-princes just for namesake, they are monarchs of Andorra and so should be added.

	Since you don't want to add the commonwealth countries, or the other countries which may or may not recognize the monarch, you may want to specify somewhere that the countries have monarchs and the monarch actually lives there.

	The UAE is actually a bit weird. It is a federation of 7 emirates, which are definitely monarchs, but it doesn't have a King - the head of state of the UAE as a whole is a president. It so happens that the president is always the hereditary emir of Abu Dhabi (who is Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan - you currently have the prime minister/hereditary emir of Dubai listed for some reason), so it's kind of a borderline case, I think. Malaysia is also a bit weird, since its king/paramount ruler is elected for a fixed term, and rotates among a number of different hereditary monarchs of sub-national entities.

	Elizabeth II is absolutely still the Queen of Canada, Australia, the Bahamas, etc. This doesn't involve her actually doing anything, of course.

	The commonwealth realms are not like "former Spanish and Dutch colonies" in any way that I am aware of. Suriname, Indonesia, Equatorial Guinea, and Argentina are all republics. None of them recognize Beatrix or Juan Carlos as their head of state. Canada, Australia, and what not do recognize Elizabeth II as their queen and head of state.

	Samoa is no longer regarded as a monarchy (Tanumafili II actually died a few years ago), and Malaysia also has a new Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

	Andorra and Vatican are monarchies, so their Head of State is a monarch.
