| Puritanism was a subset of Anglicanism, not a separate sect (unlike, say, the Pilgrims, who were Separatists who rejected the Anglican Church). Abraham was not a founder of Judaism, if for no other reason than that he's more a mythical figure; and then why not have Noah as founder?. It makes as little sense to have a "founder" of Judaism as it is to have a "founder" of Hinduism; their origins are simply too ancient and unknown. Also, accept some other spelling of Muhammed, like Mohammed, Mohamet, etc. |
