Forest City can also refer to Rockford, IL or Portland, ME. Birmingham, AL is also called The Magic City. Tinseltown usually refers to Hollywood, rather than LA as a whole.

I was born and raised in Philly, lived there a total of 14 years of my life, and never once heard it referred to as "The Quaker City." We were always "The City of Brotherly Love" (whether we ever deserved the moniker, at least in my lifetime, is another story).
