	You can almost always do the Bacon links thing in under three steps with the program on the http://oracleofbacon.org/ webpage. Case in point: Matthew Perry (I) was in Getting In (1994) with Grahame Wood was in The Patriot(2000) with Heath Ledger.

	The Kevin Bacon game started as 3 degrees, and all actors can be connected to him in 3 movies. The "6 degrees" moniker evolved over time because it's easier, and it was a more commonly known phrase.

	Nice concept...but in the true "6 degree" rules, the connection needs to be made over one medium (aka TV or movies, not both)...with that being said..and with forcing myself to use the Dark Knight for Ledger: Heath Ledger to Morgan Freeman in The Dark Knight....Morgan Freeman to Bruce Willis in lucky Number Slevin....Bruce Willis to Matthew Parry in The Whole Nine Yards.
