Yeah dude, you gotta back up your info. I don't think this quiz can be done fairly as there is no true judgement to what really is a delicacy. Also, a lot of these can belong to more than one country.

You could just change the name of the quiz to "Countries based on their food" or "dish". And yes, USA and UK should be accepted. It also might be interesting to expand the list to some lesser known food countries (i.e. Ethiopia, Norway, South Korea, Malaysia...)

I know everyone knows ratatouille now from the movie, but if you've seen it, the point is that it ISN'T a delicacy, it's a peasant stew. If you want a delicacy, go with escargot or grenouille or something.
