	The Republic of Lakotah? Really? I think to be an unrecognized state you have to actually carry out some of the functions of a state, not just declare yourself to be one.

	@johnlk I agree that it sounds silly. But they have had a formal declaration of independence, a permanent population, relatively definite borders, a government, and have engaged in foreign relations with Russia, Venezuela and others. They have met all the criteria of the 1933 Montevideo Convention. The chance of them actually gaining independence is nil though. lol

	You've got something crossed in your code, because I answered Basque, but the results page shows me as answering Lakotah instead (the results percentages seem wrong too; 4.7% answering Basque, but 55.8% for Lakotah!). Also, that should be Ambazonia, not Amazonia.

	I'm not sure what to do about the coding. I'll do a little research and try to fix that. As for Tamil Eelam, just Tamil is ok now. And I've changed it to Ambazonia, sorry about that

	Given that it lacks a functioning government and most of its residents have never heard of it, I have to question how Lakotah is "de facto independen[t]." Russell Means can't even get elected president of his own tribe, and he has almost no support from tribal leaders. (To say nothing of the white guys still living there.)

	I know you have to be careful about dates, but the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia didn't recognize Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo or Macedonia, either.

	@shakescene - The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is different from the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. FR Yugoslavia is also known as Serbia and Montenegro (if you watch Eurovision). SFR Yugoslavia is what we all know as Yugoslavia throughout the Cold War. The reason why Slovenia, Croatia, B&H, and Macedonia are not included is that they had received independence at the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia. Montenegro was "trapped" into an alliance with Serbia, which is why they had a unilateral declaration of independence.

	There has never been a self-proclaimed independent Basque state that managed to disrupt Spanish (or French) control in a single acre of territory. Aceh, Cabinda or Azawad would be way more accurate examples.
